Stabilizer Matsuta N 1000 (1000N) yang mewakili jajaran stabilizer Matsuta Seri N ini memiliki kapasitas 1.000 VA atau 1 kVA dengan maksimum arus masuk sebesar 5-10 Amp. Pengatur tegangan otomatis AC unit electronic sensor memonitor stabilitas tegangan masuk secara terus menerus, dan setiap perubahan tegangan akan menggerakkan servo-motor. Stabilizer ini mampu bekerja sangat cepat dan penuh kendali.
